On July 2nd, the town of Celebration, Florida and Genesis Orlando unveiled our little Jeep_® 4x4, TUGGER, and sent him on his journey around the world.

The world premiere of TUGGER The Jeep_® 4x4 Who Wanted To Fly , a digitally animated children’s film, was shown on three giant screens in the heart of the most famous community in the country, Celebration, Florida.

In addition to the screening of the film was a very special patriotic celebration that included an opening ceremony with veterans and young recruits taking center stage to represent both the past and new forces that protect our country.

Throughout downtown Celebration were many interactive exhibits including an Air Force Mini-Jet Thunderbird, a Yukon Raptor, the Kissimmee Veteran’s Museum, and inflatable games for kids. Additional attractions included guest appearances by Grant Hill of the Orlando Magic, Barbara West of WFTV Channel 9 News, an Uncle Sam stilt walker, and Celebration’s hometown magician/DJ, Joe Magic.

With a concert by Jim Belushi and the Sacred Hearts and fireworks ending the exciting day, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

The entire event was filmed for broadcast to America’s troops around the world bringing a little hometown patriotism to those who must be away from home to serve their country.
